Our city break at this hotel was a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with friendly staff. We especially liked the airport pickup and drop off service, which was very convenient for our trip. The hotel also offered a good restaurant with a variety of dishes that satisfied our taste. Moreover, the location was ideal for our purpose, with easy access to public transportation.

We wished that the hotel would have had more power points in the room, to charge our electronic devices. Additionally, the breakfast might have been better, with more vegetarian options available. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and clean hotel to stay during their city breaks.

Well appointed luxury hotel

Internet speeds too slow, could not get bills for restaurant or minibar (needed for expenses), took 20 minutes to check out because bill for room had not been prepared, restaurant was empty (possibly because of nouveax cuisine) - left restaurant still feeling hungry, no shops or entertainment within walking distance

The hotel is brand new, very clean and stylish rooms

The staff is not trained well, strange smell in the room (maybe sewage), we were overcharged for one breakfast, they told us only 3 breakfasts are allowed for our reservation (strange, because we reserved 2 rooms for 4 persons), the location is not very comfortable, too far from the center and close to gas station, you can smell the gas inthe lobby and restorant, noisy cleaning staff in the morning, so we could not sleep well

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were semi-close location to the airport, which made the free shuttle service extremely convenient, and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options.

The rooms were well supplied, clean and spacious. Free internet wireless during the entire stay.

The location its a little out from the business areas. The Staff could not speak English and the facade is very dirty.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and tidy room at Royal Palace. The staff were very nice and accommodating, offering a free airport drop off on time. The hotel's location was convenient and the complimentary shuttle service was a bonus. Despite some minor drawbacks like limited breakfast options, I would still recommend this hotel.

I don't know if it is the hotel at fault or Booked.net not passing on the request - but I requested the shuttle service to meet me at the airport and take me to the hotel on arrival. There was no shuttle service waiting. I took a taxi (and got ripped off). On checking in, I asked for a taxi to collect me at 5.30 am - reception called up at 5.20 to say it was ready whenever I was. The hotel advised me on the rate this taxi would charge - and it was just what they said.

Located a short distance from the airport, this budget-friendly hotel offers decent accommodations. Despite being in an inconvenient area, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The clean and comfortable rooms offer a good night's sleep.

The shuttle service was very convenient and the location was perfect for my business trip, as it was close to the airport. The staff was friendly.

My room had not been properly cleaned, there were crumbs and little pieces of rocks on the floor, which made me doubt if it had been vacuumed at all. On top of that, the room smelled horrible due to the previous guests who had smoked.
